Polish Psychologists’ Club is the Polish charity which was set up in London in 2006. The association’s main objectives as a charity are as follows:

  • •   To provide professional psychological support to the Polish community in the UK in the following areas:
  • •   Career planning to take advantage of career development opportunities available,
  • •   Promoting tolerance and respect for other cultures by raising awareness of equality & diversity issues especially prejudice,
  • harassment, discrimination, tolerance etc. to help the integration of Polish immigrants into the diverse community in the UK,
  • •   Psychological health & development issues: stress management, individual and family psychotherapy.

Polish Psychologists Club, with the cooperation of Upper Room Ur4Jobs in London has launched a new project directed to meet the needs of those who are suffering from life difficulties and deprivation. One of the main objectives of this project is to provide psychological counselling to the Polis community living in the UK’s capital.

The pilot phase of the project will be taking place till the 15th December 2007. During this period there will be regular free psychological consultations taking place, every Saturday
form 10.30am till 12.30pm
